Open Roles and Responsibilities

1. Resident Superintendent

• Number of Posts: 1
• Monthly Salary: ₹21,000
• Role Summary: Provide leadership, counselling, and oversee the welfare activities at Shakti Sadan. This role requires a deep understanding of women's issues and strong interpersonal skills.
• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Law, Sociology, Social Work, or Psychology. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in government or NGOs.

2. Office Assistant

• Number of Posts: 1
• Monthly Salary: ₹17,000
• Role Summary: Manage office paperwork, maintain records, and provide computer-based administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
• Qualifications: Graduate with at least 3 years of experience handling office work and proficiency in computer applications.

3. Multi-Purpose Staff (MPW)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Monthly Salary: ₹10,500
• Role Summary: Assist with various day-to-day operational tasks within the facility.
• Qualifications: Literate with relevant work experience; High school pass preferred.

4. Cook

• Monthly Salary: ₹10,500

5. Security Guard / Night Guard

• Role Summary: Ensure the safety and security of the Shakti Sadan premises and its residents.
• Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a security guard. Retired military or paramilitary personnel are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility

• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between **21 and 40 years as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates from ST(P), ST(H), SC, OBC, and PwD categories as per government rules.
