IIT (BHU) Recruitment 2025 Research Assistant
Applications are invited for one (1) post of Research Assistant at a fixed consolidated salary of Rs. 28000/- per month for Three years (Initial appointment is for one year and can be continued for next year depending on the performance).
The project titled as "LoRa Enabled Secure Long. Range Communications". The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Minimum Essential Qualification:
MCA/B.Tech. (CSE/IT/AI/ECE/allied branches) in first class from any recognized University or equivalent in relevant field
Age Limit:
40 Years as on date of advertisement ((5 years' relaxation for female/SC/ST/Physically Handicapped, 03-years for OBC-NC. Candidate as per Gol norms).

General Instructions: IIT (BHU) Recruitment 2025 Research Assistant
1. The PI has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience.
2. Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear in the interview and no other communications in this regard will be entertained.
3. Original certificates and self-attested copies of all certificates need to be presented before the interview for verification.
4. No TA/DA will be paid if called for an interview.
5. Venue of Interview: Department of Computer Science & Engineering, IIT (BHU), Varanasi-221005.
6. The candidate may have the chance to visit the Technology Innovation Institute in Dubai for the project requirement
