Ramakrishna Mission Residential College Recruitment Guest Faculty
Applications are invited from eligible male candidates only for guest faculty position in the Department of History, Ramakrishna Mission Residential College (Autonomous), Narendrapur.
Interested candidates should submit soft copies of the following documents:

- One recent passport-size colour photograph
- Teaching Experience Certificate (if any)
- NET/SET/PhD Certificate
- Self-attested copies of mark-sheets, degree certificates, professional-course certificates, and Aadhaar card

Selection Process
Stage 1: Written Examination (12 September 2025, 11:30 am)
Stage 2: Personal Interview (12 September 2025, 2:30 pm)
Minimum Qualifications
1. M.A. in History from a recognised University/College
2. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Bachelor and Master's degree.
3. Qualification in NET.
4. Good communication skills
5. Ability to engage in academic and co-curricular activities.
6. Proficiency in teaching undergraduate courses under the CCFUP (NEP2020) curriculum.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Teaching experience at the undergraduate/postgraduate level
2. Research publications in reputed journals
3. Good writing skills
4. Alignment with the ideals and value-based education system of the Ramakrishna Mission.
Honorarium: Rs. 300/- only per class.
This position is contractual and subject to renewal based on performance and institutional requirements.
