ENGAGEMENT OF GUEST FACULTY VYAKARANA
Central Sanskrit University will hold WALK IN INTERVIEW for engagement of Guest Faculty in Vyakarana Subject in Nashik Campus, as per requirement for the academic session 2025-26 Interested candidate who are possessing requisite qualifications and other eligibility criteria as per UGC/NCTE Norms/CSU Recruitment Rules, prescribed for the post of Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty) may attend Walk in Interview to be conducted Central Sanskrit University Nashik Campus Takekar Shiksha Sankul, Near Bafana Ware House, Siddha Pimpri, Nashik, Maharashtra-422003

On Contract basis for a period of 11 (eleven) months
Remuneration
Rs. 50.000/-per month fixed,
Essential: -
Qualification
a) Acharya/M.A.(Vyakarana) or equivalent degree in the concerned/allred/relevant discipline, with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in point scale wherever the grading system is followed) from an Indian University or, an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university
b) The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M Phil /Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2009 of 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET Provided, the candidates registered for the Ph.D. Programme prior to July 11, 2009, shall be govemed by the provisions of the then existing Ordinances/Bye-laws/Regulations of the Institution awarding the degree and such Ph.D. candidates shall be exempted from the requirement of NET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/Colleges Institutions subject to the fulfillment of the
following conditions. The Ph.D. degree of the candidate has been awarded in a regular mode,
The PhD thesis has been evaluated by at least two external examiners;
. An open Ph.D. viva voce of the candidate has been conducted,
iv. The Candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D. work, out of which at least one in in a refereed journal,
The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her in Ph.D work conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency The fulfillment of these conditions is to be certified by the Registrar or the Dean (Academic
Affairs) of the University concerned
c) Ability to teach through Sanskrit medium. OR
a) The Ph.D. degree has been obtained from a foreign university/institution with a ranking among top 500 in the World University Ranking (at any time) by any one of the following (1) Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) (i) the Times Higher Education (THE) or (iii) the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) of the
Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai)
b) Ability to teach through Sanskrit medium
Interested candidates may attend Walk in Interview with their "Curriculum Vitae" and facsimile of requisite certificates of qualification and experience along with original certificates for verification & one set of xerox copy
Walk in Interview will be conducted on 02/09/2025 at 10.00 AM at the premises of Central Sanskrit University, Nashik Campus, Nashik, Maharashtra Candidates are advised to attend for the walk-in-interview one hour before the scheduled time
No other compensation apart office on holidays and work beyond normal office hours
apart from consolidated remuneration will be admissible, even if attend
The engagement on above positions, are purely on temporary and contractual besis for a fixed period
The University/Campus reserves the right to terminate this engagement at any time even before the
stipulated time, without assigning any reasons The University/Campus reserves the right either to make engagement as per advertisement or not.
If there excists any controversy in selection process or any dissatisfaction of the candidate there for, the decision of Director/Chairman shall be final
No TA will be paid to any candidate for attending the Interview
