নবম-দশম এবং একাদশ-দ্বাদশ শ্রেণীর জন্য দ্বিতীয় SLST(AT), ২০২৫-এর ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে অবহিত করা হচ্ছে যে, মাননীয় সুপ্রিম কোর্টের ২৮.০৭.২০২৫ তারিখের SLP (C) নং ১৭৪২২, ২০২৫ (পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য বনাম পূরবী দাস ও অন্যান্য) মামলার আদেশ এবং অন্যান্য সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, অনলাইন পোর্টালটি ০৫.০৮.২০২৫ থেকে ১১.০৮.২০২৫ পর্যন্ত বিভাগের বিবরণ সংগ্রহের জন্য খোলা থাকবে।
প্রার্থীকে প্রথমে লগইন করতে হবে এবং 'সম্পাদনা' বিকল্পটি নির্বাচন করতে হবে। তারপর তাকে ড্রপ-ডাউন মেনু থেকে বিভাগটি নির্বাচন করতে হবে। প্রার্থীকে ড্রপ-ডাউন থেকে বিভাগটি নির্বাচন করার পরে (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) পৃথক টেক্সট বাক্সে তার উপ-বিভাগ, প্রযোজ্য শংসাপত্র নম্বর এবং ইস্যুকারী কর্তৃপক্ষ উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
যেকোনো চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত বিচারাধীন আইনি প্রক্রিয়ার ফলাফলের উপর নির্ভর করবে।

Addendum Notice Regarding Edit Option (Re: Category Details In 2ND SLST(AT), 2025)

This is to notify all concerned in c/w 2nd SLST(AT), 2025 for Classes IX-X & XI-XII that in view of order dated 28.07.2025 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.17422 of 2025 (State of West Bengal v Purabi Das & Ors.) and other connected matters, the Online Portal will be opened for collection of category details from 05.08.2025 to 11.08.2025.
The candidate will have to first Login and choose the 'Edit' option. Then he/she will have to select the category from the drop-down menu. The candidate will also have to specify his sub-category, the applicable certificate number and issuing authority in separate text boxes to be made available after the category is chosen from the drop-down (if applicable),.
Any final decision will be subject to outcome of pending legal proceedings.
